I’m here to support you in discovering sustainable practices and tools to manage stress, improve sleep, and support recovery from addiction.

With over 18 years of experience empowering individuals and groups across diverse communities and more than a decade applying yoga-based practices to support recovery and mental health - I offer a compassionate, trauma-informed approach grounded in both tradition and evidence.

Drawing on my background in psychotherapy and holistic wellbeing, I’ll work alongside you to cultivate a deeper level of self-care and resilience.
